Sunshine Oct :)

The Oct that sun finally shines on.

Finally I am back to blog with sun shining :)

Before Magix went to the vet...we didnt know it could get as serious yet.
Since she didnt resist much, we just fooling around with her..



But as everyone knows Magix went to a 2nd Vet which was probably lucky cos just right downstairs our home due to time constraints...If she still could not eat and drink, she will die of dehydration in no time.

Below a pic of her in the cage and on drip. Thats the only thing that can keep her alive while finding the cause of her persisting vomits.



After my and probably hers too of sleepless nites, she finally have to go through stomach surgery over the weekend from X-ray results that brings suspection of a blockage in her intestine that cause rejection of oral intake.

It is really so heart pain to agree or rather decide on her behalf. She might be just a dog but she is a life and a great companion or member to our family.

I been crying since she didnt get to come home until I think others could think that i got dumped ahahaha...

FINALLY she is back on Wednesday!! I didnt dare to carry her much.
She is eating and drinking now without (touchwood!!) vomiting! And been well so far. Just that she has to wear the collar to keep her mouth from her surgery wound.

Saw her stomach got a super clean shave?



Finally my room is not 'empty' anymore...
Luckily she is back before i turned blind from tears. :)

All these commotions made me lost alittle weight so i deserve a good meal ya?

The best way to nurse my stomach and my eyes is a good high tea :)

But me and ling went abit of shopping at Mango and Zara after Foody went ahead to meet Naruto.

I told Ling I spotted this demin jacket I must grab and to manufacture cos:

1) so versatile for work and for play

2) it is seldom corporate look on demin

3 weekends look lovelier too with it??

4 Winter places need it!

5) Year end & begin of year always chilly in SIN...? no?

On the way back go get the car and just caught this night scene shimmering for our attention.

This could be one of the thing or landmark that I will miss about Singapore.

She vomited for over 10 times in 36 hours.



It is rather major as she seldom vomit in such severe manner although she does have gastric and vomit problem.

Very tired and worrying past 2 days that I probably only got 6 hours of wink in total.

Brought her to 24 hours animal hospital at 1am and got her injection and some medication but she still didnt really recover. Furthermore she refuses to eat for 2 days already.

Who would have appetite if vomiting goes on for almost any intake including just water.

With that, her behavious is also totally inactive, just leaning anywhere and look sick.

Looking at her, I totally have no mood too... I dont know what else to do. My wink and appetitie goes with my heart to her.

My hope is another vet could cure her fast. ...... else she will get weaker and more & more dehydrated if this goes on... :(

Vanity enriched dinners (14-15 Oct)

Since i got confused with my recent histories then might as well i go for the clearest & latest one hahaa...

been early for a dinner gets me dreaming about winter holidays again...

Prefers the black version of this short pc but its sold out for S and oni half the price of above pc..haiz...


Then i switch to the causal section...love this cardi too at $89.


Oh what you think of the black dress...it has nice wide round neck design, simple button A line down. The cut is not bad too. I think its rather more for peitite fit for such length.

Means my fit haha..

The cardi really went well especially with dark colour apparel. However top button is dangling out so i din buy.

Finally Ger is here and there we start the feast.
We randomly went to a Japanese rstn at Orchard Central....
The taste is something we wouldnt come back again...Its not that bad but not nice enough to leave gd impression so I will never go back nor recommend.



Got my fave coffee with coffee jelly again at TCC after dinner. Right at emerald area but its one of the branch we nv tot of going cos it seems qte a hideout in orchard.
Lucky we spotted it cos its very nice n cosy in here. Space is good enough too.

Dinner with Foody and for Scarletique discussions....
I am surprised that AMBUSH has a branch at Jurong point too. I love their pasta in Orchard Taka branch.

In fact i introduced this to Foody years ago haha...I specially love their sausages, mash potato and Spag with thai inspired tomato base sauce.....Very tangy n yummy. It will stir your appetitie and want for it more till you finally finish your last strip of spag :p



PRESENTING TO YOU my Thai sauce tomato based Fusilli with Salmon topped with Thai mayo. :)

Oh yes of cos i finished and satisfed!


Thats quite a pretty routine at some weeks ahaha - got a random red wine and there i go back to my nest to get net browsing while i sip away.

Tonight its quite a smooth one with scarletique's discussion went on smooth. Cleared the calendars and so much tots on manufacturing!

We are going to talk to our supplier next week to start all the new batch of mnf going! Oso to confirm on the current designs that the sample went through.

Will get it ink here once firm :)

I owe my friends and myself so much things....

Sorting out my external hard disk...i recall so much gatherings to blog and my friends are going to kill me for taking photos each time but no news of the pics from me everytime nowadays :(

Been really bz especially from Oct onwards, i guess crazy life will be loonier both official or pte.

I just got a slot for my fleamkt! Yeah! Thanks to San! I think i muz have been too smelly that I always didnt get my fleamkt slot each time i register this year. But my cuz got it the first time she register!

Wow cuz, I think i din bath lor!
That means more work more work at home....My theory is : 旧的不去, 新的一直来但进不了 haha

Another thing is again bz over yet another golf event next week means going to Malaysia again...
I must enjoy the best for this weekend else nxt will be a super tiring one.

Last but not least, Scarletique is back to get active really soon after some restructuring. Hope its gotta be a better and brand new feel to all the babes out there. No matter what, I will do my best as the heart still hold this unforgettable hope, the dream, the passion to make style affordable and uncountable in all your wardrobes.

Ok ok those dearie ones i owe photos to....I will get that settle asap before Xmas hahaa I mean next Xmas hahahaa...

Oooo Oriole Pleasures (Aug/Sep 2010)

dMe too cant believe I visited Oriole cafe twice within 2 weeks.

Here sharing my love about Oriole and spreading it...



Oriole cafe is nicely seated on ground level of Pan Pacific Serviced suite. Not sure? Walked through 313 Orchard :)

Laid-back atmosphere, with lots of booth seats. For serious drinks, the bar seats could be great for watching the bartender at work. Music is at a comfortable volume, so you need not shout for your friends to hear you.

FIRST VISIT

The introductory visit to Oriole was arranged by Su....my long long 'lost' ex colleague.


So glad....cos my pasta was really yummy. I was not a big fan of white sauce pasta. I have occasional urge but afraid overbloated.

However my white cream sauce pasta with salmon was just nice and not too saucy, milky nor creamy. The taste of the spag is intense enough and just hit the right notes....my notes ok. Yum! I 'soook up' my last stripe of the noodle hahaa.

NEXT VISIT

The next visit is my turn to spread my love to my friends when we are due for next gathering :)

Weirdly, we chose to have coffee and dessert first before our dinner.

Maybe cos we met as early as 5pm.

Oh both desserts are nice i tot so...

OK I ordered aligo olio with prawns this time. It was slightly too salty this round....I dont know what happened :(

Alittle disappointed otherwise it could score yet another 80-90 as the taste was good.

Here i guess we are still happy customers :)

I actually dont mind visiting again as I crave to try their western menu.

Oh ya in case you are expecting alot from the menu....the variety might not be as much as you tot.

Anyway its worth a try really...just google for the review, you will know what i mean. :)

Little one's big day (Aug 2010)

Celebrated our little one's big day a day after Singapore's birthday back in August.

Just a simple pte party at his own nest. Look how happy he was :)



So much goodie foods that we actually could not finished.
In fact due to miscommunications, we double bought sushi....wow.
It was another pig out day.


Love the birthday cake from my parents who got this in just one of those neighbourhood bakery store.
Wow their standard is getting higher nowadays.
Most important, he likes it too haha!

Those funny figures were drawn on the spot for fun by my uncle...
I almost forgotton about my few artistic relatives here..



He probably havent understand the real birthday meaning behind it except like a Xmas day he calls his own that came early.

But i hope that he is always our healthy and fun boy always, of cos guai guai is part of the hope too... yes.
