Photobucket

Feminine & vintage bring you back in the good old days...
Photobucket

We are bringing in some accessories too for coming launches :)
Photobucket

The shoot shack me up...up n down n up and down.
My thighs aching now.
I wonder how am I gtg to cope with a possible marathorn just based on current limited stamina hahaa..

Ya I was kinda been put up with a POSSSSIBLE marathorn.
So I probably need more outdoor shoots then ahhaa
Jas will sure be terrified to learn about this change.

Back to photoshoot again, I am rather excited about this new place to do 'outdoor' shoot
Talk again when it is firmed!

Stay tuned :)

$3.6m - S'pore's most expensive car, Pagani Huayra (24 Feb 2012)

(Business times news - 24 Feb 2012)

$3.6m - S'pore's most expensive car

Photobucket

(SINGAPORE) Singapore's most expensive car is being launched this weekend and its distributor aims to sell as many as three units a year. The Pagani Huayra starts from $3.6 million and Melvin Goh of Euro- Sports Auto believes he can move 'one to three cars a year - maximum'.
Photobucket

'This is serious money,' he said. 'I'm not sure if we can do three, but a couple of cars a year should be possible. It is for someone who wants to be different, after having had so many Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Rolls-Royces.'

Mr Goh should know what he's talking about. Since taking on the Lamborghini franchise 11 years ago, his name has become synonymous with the Italian super sports car brand here.

Like Lamborghini, Pagani is also an Italian supercar. But unlike Lamborghini - where the most expensive model is currently the $1.6 million Aventador - a Pagani costs more than double.

Until now, the most expensive car on the market here is the Rolls-Royce Phantom EWB or Extended Wheelbase limousine.

'If you load that up with options, it will come up to slightly over $2.2 million,' says Mr Goh. 'There is no car over $3 million, so the Pagani will set the benchmark for pricing in Singapore.'

According to Mr Goh, there are 'no firm orders' for the Pagani so far, although there have been 'expressions of interest' from three or four Singaporeans.

So who buys a Pagani? And does having a Rolodex of Lamborghini owners help?

'It's not a question of affordability; it's whether they want to spend on one or not,' says Mr Goh. 'Anyway, there are still a lot of people out there who are not necessarily Lamborghini owners who can afford the car.'

He calls the Huayra with its mid-mounted 6-litre twin-turbo V12 engine a 'very emotional purchase'.

'The car is completely handbuilt,' he explains. 'Every nut and bolt is titanium. Not one switch is from a parts bin but machined from a solid piece of metal. It is bespoke for this particular car.'

But even if money is not an issue, anyone planning to walk into the Pagani showroom - next door to Lamborghini in Teban Gardens - and driving out with a Huayra won't find it easy.

'The production is so small that even if you want it, you cannot have one immediately,' says Mr Goh.

Total volume for 2012 (the first full year of production) is 20 units, although this will be doubled to 40 next year.

Also special is the fact that each Huayra will probably be unique, with a long list of outrageously expensive options available. For example, the two-seater car can be ordered with a full carbon fibre finish - a $500,000 option.

'Each car is different because you can have different specifications. It is possible to be the owner of the only one of its kind in the world,' says Mr Goh.

Despite the marque's rarity, the Huayra will not be the first Pagani on Singapore roads. Two units of the now-discontinued Pagani Zonda were registered here by the previous dealer, Auto Kultur. Auto Kultur introduced the marque here in late 2003 and the Zondas are said to have cost between $2 million and $3 million each.

Indeed it is a beauty...

I am more keen to know who will make the first owner of this very emotional purchase.

But it is good to see Sg loosing up on the restriction of supercars! We shall see more and more of true beauty zooming around the Sunny island, provided if you are so lucky enough to spot it with few owners around! Remember to go grab your 4D thereafter  :D

Just a relax Friday post :)

Rolling in to her...Adele!

My recent music obsession - Adele!

Although album 21 was released almost 1 year ago...her songs keep spinning in my mind lately!

The album was composed in the aftermath of the singer's separation from her partner, explores themes of anger, revenge, heartbreak, self-examination, and forgiveness.

Adele began writing 21 in April 2009, while still involved in the relationship that subsequently inspired the record. Dissatisfied with once again portraying herself as the musical tragedian of her debut, she had intended to compose a more upbeat and contemporary follow-up. However, studio sessions ended prematurely due to a lack of inspiration. She resumed production immediately after the breakdown of her relationship, channeling her heartbreak and depression into her songs.

There is this individualised element in her and her music...She doesnt rely on technology to make her sound good, nor does she need shock value like lady gaga and more...

Although there is many people make fun of her weight, I think because they simply can't bring her down on her music. She is actually a true artist!

There is no need to be heart broken to feel her but her songs can make your heart feel.... :p

Little holes in the little pocket

I am really into blogging mood lately, like an escape mode for me from things my heart repel, towards things I feel like sharing...

Although I do not have specific things to share ahhaa

Anyway, contradicting to my own comment in end of last blog to save up!

I just cant resist everytime I get to go out. Like letting the kampang girl goes to city you know? The thing is my homeS are still accessible to town la...

Last went KTV and when it ended, I told my friends I need to go stock up my beauty products in the mall ahhaa.

THEN I got strong urge to buy everything else.

Eventually I got a Mango top & another Mango dress that I didn't try!
Cos DD was supposed to be there soon to pick me up hahaa & the pieces just spoke to me you know.
Yes! Beri impulsive. Here it is...
Photobucket

Photobucket

At times you just know that you gotta get it even you dun get to try heeee...
err Many times for me perhaps.
.........................................................................

Talking about things, I got another cutie for my hair! So tempted when I read about it somewhere..

It is not expensive, I think about S$30+ from Watsons or other major pharmacies. But it is really small, handy and pretty light even with the wire. Quite good for travel actually.
Photobucket

But it took me abit longer time to do the hair especially if you have long hair like mine. The tong heated up qte fast which I like comparing to my portable ones that use liquid gas cell.

Here what I done to myself in early hours in just 15 mins.
Pardon that face thou. I have pardon'ed' you for making it smaller :p
Photobucket

-------------------------------------------------------------

Digging in further...I got myself the new Lancome Genifique (S$155) back in Dec 2011!!
It has been sometime I explored some new technology skin care.
I went to read some reviews and most gave good feedbacks.

And after a month of usage, I fell in love. Just a few drops each application, itt absorbed fast, non greasy and gave you the velvety skin texture after just 3 minutes. Then effect next day is even better when you slapped your usual moisturier to rest for the night. Make up went smoothly on. I even brought some to Japan to use due to the harsh dry season there.

Photobucket

I am convinced.

And I chanced upon this advertisement on newspaper....
I remember DD's sis told me about this too. The power of the duo combination.

Now having known that it is Visionnare and it said to smooth lines and uneven tone and work extemely well with Genifique. OOps I know I need to dig more holes into the pocket.
If there is no issue with fine lines or uneven tones, I think the blessed ones can forego this.

The sets below were so tempting...
Photobucket

After convinced by the sales talk by the counter consultant, I spent $300 on below sets...
But ok it come with Genifique eye care too which I was eyeing back in Dec.
Photobucket

Don't call me a spendthift k... :p
I am sure I am not.

I just love beauty products and clothes and clothes just like any other lady...

At least I don't spend S$6k on just skin care hor...
Below is extracted from Urban, Straits Times.
Photobucket

Photobucket

Facial like S$2+k that require me to sign up annually, I already been thinking for months :( and keep bugging for discounts... :(

Photobucket

Photobucket

Indeed beauty come with a price, no matter ppl opt for extreme makeover like plastic surgery or tonnes of beauty products and cosmetics.

And no matter it is beauty products or clothings, things just go wrong everytime I am let loose.... I need some seminars to enhance determinations!

So to do justice to my pocket, I will be diligent and hope I get photoshop'ed' face soon... heeee

Will update later if I find the combinations and the new Genifique eye power okie! :)

Finally KTV...(Feb 19)

Finally we had our concert on 19 Feb!
It had been ages since we last gathered and sang.

Photobucket

Saw the slacker singer? hahaa Xen is always slacky when her turn is done.
Photobucket
Photobucket
Photobucket
There was lotsa fun after a long break.
We sung cantonese, chinese, english pops.
And we were also presenting our tributes to the late great singers from recent Feng Fei Fei, Whitney Houson to Theresa Teng, Leslie Zhang and so on.....hahaa

Ooops i realised we left out Michael Jackson.
Photobucket

They got super excited while singing Jacky Cheong's....As usual actually hahaa
Spot our slacky pop star at her phone again :p
Photobucket

Nice pic of the singing clan for 2012!
Without help yes it is nice ........
A picture I suggested, Yeah :) Ok I looked like siao cha bo thou cos I am the one operating the timer ahhaa...
2012
Photobucket

Omg now I searched, our last ktv was at Feb 2010 !
2010
Photobucket

Any differences?

You see time flies and we are all stressing & bz with our daily lifestyle and work.
In no time, when you flipped back the past pictures, you will be shocked at the long gap you last met up with your friends or even changes in you that could be spotted by pictures.

Why are we stressing so much when we are not even doing for ourselves...?

Find time to relax!
My continuous resolution for 2012! yeah!

HOKKAIDO - JOZANKEI + TOKYO JAN 2012 (Day 4-7)

Warning : Massive post of more than 50 pics.

DAY 4-7 : JOZANKEI / TOKYO

Because I want to remember things easily as time passes, so well this will be a heavy post.
Last stopped/ blogged on the heavily snowing night in Sapporo after went Otaru.
Photobucket

After we woke /
the next day, the whole street is nothing but whiter...
But guess the hotel has cleared their own pavement outside at wee hours.
Photobucket

A last snowy pic in Sapporo before heading off to Jozankei..
Photobucket
Today is my call..
I want curry :)
Photobucket

His...
Photobucket

Mine...
(looking at the pics....I am hungry again..)
Photobucket

After having warm our stomach with curry, we checked out from Sapporo hotel,
took a taxi to the gathering point at Odori area to take the hotel bus that bring us to Jozankei :)
Shoot from the bus on the way to Jozankei.
Ride was about 1+ hours.
Jozankei is located outskirt of Sapporo - considered the nearest natural hotspring place to Sapporo.
Photobucket
Photobucket

Took a short nap while browsing the scenery.
Finally reached!
Photobucket

This a pretty and older ryokan style hotel.
It was pretty large too.
It was originally not my first pick but usually hotspring ryokan are more packed on weekends so I am left with limited choices with the others mainly fully booked or left with much more expensive rooms.
Photobucket

But I am surprised that it is located at quite a nice spot! hee
Below is the full view of the hotel.
Nice hor? surprise..
Photobucket

Got around the surrounding to pic before it gets dark just after 5pm...
Photobucket

The jozankei natural spring park is just near by.
Photobucket
These are the natural hot springs.
That I must warn they are really quite hot...!
Photobucket
Photobucket

Scenery is superb here!
Photobucket
Isnt it lovely?
I guess it is slightly colder in Jozankei than
Photobucket
Photobucket

Peep into our little Japanese tatami room :)
DD felt boring with the surroundings being a shopping person
Photobucket

Photobucket

View from down the room
This is the best floor of the whole trip at 9th floor haha
It was the highest for this hotel.
Photobucket

Our check in note
Spot any error/s? :p
Photobucket
The little wardrobe that holds all the bathing / hot spring "uniform" :p
For convenience, you could take off whatever inner and don on this while gtg to hot bath or hot spring.
In winter time of Japan, most that comes visit hot spring, usually like to take their bath at the public bath area mainly to prepare for hot spring also, it is so much warmer to bath there than in your own hotel room.
Choose a size that suits you. Here, it comes from S-L, also for kids too.
This is available in almost all hot spring ryokan/hotel.
Oh yes remember to bring along a big and small towel to hot spring.
Photobucket

it is usually colder in such ryokan /hotel
so DD was preparing the bed earlier right before our 6pm dinner ahha..
Photobucket

While he made bed and dip in his own bath tube in the hotel room, I definately prefer to go for real good dip in real hot spring.
Back in uniform from hot spring...done just before dinner time so it would not be crowded.
Photobucket

I am extra hungry after the lost of water & probably some fats from hot spring...
Paid extra for the Ozen dinner...
But we can help ourselves to the buffet too.
Photobucket

Hee no make up after hot spring dip as we have to clean ourselves up from head to toe b4 dip :p
Photobucket

The thing about hotspring is mainly just hotspring and scenery...
There is ntg else to do so it is really healthy lifestyle turning in early..
Just a night passed.

The next day...
Photobucket

Back to Sapporo and took a train to New Chitose airport.
Photobucket

CALBEE CHIPS  FRESH?
Yes! At New Chitose airport.
did you spot the Q? They fried fresh and marinated fresh + some toppings available according to your likings!
Saw the long Q?
Photobucket

Towards the vibrant city - TOKYO...
Photobucket

---------------------------------------------
TOKYO!~
Shinjuku
finally!
Photobucket

So tired with the domestic transfer and finally found our hotel, Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku
Photobucket

much smaller room in city as usual... :(
Since it is about 2x more ex than Sapporo hotel.
But it is nicer & very cosy...
Photobucket

Starving...
Just settled on Omu rice after making few rounds at Yodobashi camera area...
Love this cafe!
The Alice in Wonderland theme is so sweet :)
Photobucket
Photobucket

That was the look he gave me when I asked for the Tokyo look :p
Photobucket

Photobucket
Photobucket
It is still alittle saltish but still really YUMMY.......
OH...I am missing it again..
Photobucket

...............................................................................

Can you believe it?

We are having another meal hours later after shoppings

BBQ...
But we went in just in time for the last order of the shop ahhaa
Photobucket

I am surprised that the meats are super nice...
Maybe cos ordered the premium wagyu & pork set...
Photobucket

There were alot of veges like salads, pumpkin, sweet potato etc too...
Photobucket
Photobucket

yummy!
But cost about S$170 for this meal.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Time flies and
flying back again :(
Sharing the better meals on way back - Japanese sets!
The breakfast in flight to Japan sucks...
So it ended well then.
DD's beef set again...
Photobucket

I opt for the full Japanese set.
It was quite nice... yum
Photobucket
Photobucket

---------------------------------------------

WHEN BACK
my dry skin got much drier :(
So its time to spend on rich moisturier again...
Went facial and so happened got a good promo going on.

$243 for below set hydration set!

Sothy is good but abit pricey..
Photobucket

If chance on good deals of sothy, do consider.

----------------------------------------------------------------

After this short racky trip to Japan, hope I could do not need long time to plan for another.
HOKKAIDO is great. Just that it be better if not travel in such cold time.
I haven't get a chance to plan for Hakodate, Noburibetsu, Furano, Niseko etc as it is too big to cover.
Probably I may need a month just for Hokkaido if so.

The thing about Japan, it keep amazing us with its politiness, cleanliness, creativity, individualised, good culture to make their country a better place to live in. Just that things there are still damn ex. No much differences after the last major earthquake.

Whatever...
Now I jus need to get my weight lowered (after those non stop eating like bear in winter) & get my bank account figure higher to get another travel heeee..

Diet diet & no more shopping please.....
