Happy Valentines' Day!

Image Detail
Advance V-day celebration
on 11 Feb @ Riders' Cafe.

I dun see the point to do it on actual day putting your head or rather his head to "tok chai tao" + there is no flexibility to chose your own preference as almost all the menu have been fixed on V-day. To add on the server will so bz and restn so packed - where is the exclusivity unless you book the whole restaurant right?? :p

Okok besides for those who really like to do things on exact day or this is the official day that filled with love I guess since u look ard where u see juz couples, or huggers.

heee....no hugging pics here dun worry..
And I suggest we do a small celebration in advance well everyday has to eat right.

Peaceful ambience too.. hee
but later it got more n more crowded.

I don't know if its fortunate or sad that we didnt able to get the table by the balcony.
I tot looks so nice out there and can see the horses occasionally passed by but sitting just near we feel the occasional dense smell which is not so pleasant...juz like you walking in the zoo ya.

The stench must be stronger just by the balcony.

Food was ok and even for the stench, I will come again.
I wanted to try their brunch which is from 8:30am to 3pm!

But I understand their breakfast and brunch time is even more crowded.

Be sure to come with booking especially on weekends.
I be back to try the brunch & I am keen in the Marmalade Pantry too.... heeeee

---------------------------------------------------------------

I seldom say much about DD if you know hahaa
Previously was due to sensitivity of our work environment & many issues heeee
I prefer to be in lower profile too.
+ he is anti social type of human hahaa so well its easier this way.

Photobucket

But put aside anti social and anything negative about character, he is really good to me, more than nice :)
He has proven that he could take good care of me over small to big details.
Like he will remember what I said or what I like, even styles that i might like etc etc etc...
When you know someone long enough you will know, but if you make effort and put your heart in a relationship, everything works faster.

I think I shld thank god for bringing him to me
&
I wanna thanks DD
for being with me always and making me feel like a brand new person or even like a princess :p, be that one person I can rely on and feel comfortable with, for the person who almost know me inside out in a short time, for being honest about things and even things about me ahaha. It is impt cos I rather put it upfront for some issues than guessing games.

Thank you DD...
Happy Valentines' Day too &
I am not sure if I can make you feel like a prince ahhaa
but
I will always accompany you thru every V-day and every occasion always!

Just the few of us to kick start the morning
b4 Gwee join us later for shopping & teabreak.
Photobucket

Only captured 3 dim sum since I came late and they left the last piece for me ahhaa
We didnt got for the buffet ala carte at S$48++ per pax.
We got in ala carte to share - total we spend $105 nett. Not too bad.

But the dim sum I find not worth the price at average price of S$5 - 10++ per dish (about 3 pieces per dish). It was not very tasty just okie for my liking...
Look at the crowd here you will know how popular is the rstn (not crowded lor)..

I still miss Kam boat's yummy dim sum at Shaw centre - must try!

‘Flor’ is a Portuguese word for flower, and is pronounced in Japanese as ‘fu-ro-ru’. Widely recognised and accepted as a symbolic representation of love, passion, and beauty, the flower embodies the delicate balance of nature and beauty.

FLOR Pâtisserie is a Japanese-styled patisserie serving authentic Japanese inspired French pastry, where you can choose to dine in or to take out.

We take pride in using only the freshest and best quality ingredients in our pastries that have been sourced from overseas (Japan, Belgium, and France), and locally. To add to that, our chef from Japan brings with him over 20 years of Japanese baking techniques, and has spent a year and a half tailoring our signature cakes to suit the climate and taste of Singapore.

We do not use baking powder, artificial rising/softening agents, stabilisers, or preservatives in our products. The soft yet moist quality of our cakes is achieved from the natural aeration of eggs being whipped to their full peak.

Made entirely of natural and fresh ingredients, it is no surprise that our pastries do not keep well. As we want our customers to be able to enjoy freshly baked cakes every day, all unsold fresh cream cakes are either sold at a discount at the end of the day, or are disposed of.

If we won't eat it, we won't serve it – FLOR Pâtisserie firmly believes in using only the best ingredients to create beautiful-tasting pastries. Our chef ensures that all pastries that come out of the kitchen are at the peak of harmony in flavours as well as in colours.

The cake shelves got empty at 5+pm..
I am surprised at the consistent flow of customers both local and Japanese.
