The Home Alone Days - April 2009

While the heartless left their daughter alone in Sg to slave away when they enjoyed for One whole month! We are not even talking about the staple needs :(

When no one cares about the 2 poor gals' meals (oh magix i mean).
When the outside food seemed so sick...
When rushing back for Magix's meal becoming a must...

Well there were still special stir fried chinese style Bee Tai Mak cooked cos i invited some friends over to BBQ and one of them is a toddler so Bee Tai Mak is a great idea.

Too bad....U dun get to see my saliva inducing Bee Tai Mak hahaha....

April has been a bz month cos of home alone more responsibility - magix, hse keeping, own stuff etc etc. i think i will suck leaving aloNe ahaha... Well April has been a down mth too mmm i shall not add on.

Anyway if DaZey can cook, so Y can't u ....Yes U! :p

Yummy tailored buffet was served. The food was yummy.

In such an economy, how frequent do we get lovely free treats nowadays?

I am not a seafood person but the salad prawn is nice nice! The mee is yum yum too.

Start to munch...

They did a good job to conserve the old memorable building (first HDBs been bulit) and turned it successfully to a boutique hotel. Look at the interior! It doesn't look like probably 30-40 years old building at all.

A nice visit ..... do visit them too for a walk of heritage in new clothes & for makan too.

There is a japanese restaurant AKIRA which serve decent japanese ala carte buffet at about S$30++ per adult.

Transfer of ownership III - 19 Apr 09

Its time to transfer the pre loves again....... in order to have new things flow in.

It wasnt too gd biz on this day maybe due to the very summer heat & i wasnt feeling so well somehow so i call it a day earlier than foody.

When wedding dinner is not bored - 13Apr09

Every wedding dinner especially those made to go like relatives' are i guess most will think so....bored & predictable.

This was no exception if they were not there. The cousins!

Well this is a really sian one as i represent my parents to go and give ang bao as my whole family went on a long holiday! Its on Monday too! haiz... Poor me!

Cousin San....she is so dolled up. How can i not cam with her. Good effort gal, she shld dress up more more...she got this very sweet smile that stays on juz like the hippy young times :)

She worn the stocking I bot from Japan too.

The grand ball room is nice.... esp when they revealed the garden view.

Eating can be more fun....

And surprisingly the food was really tasty. You know usually to get the food good in wedding dinners is really not so easily achieveable. I have no complain and ate all on my plate. Tasty food really make me perform better.

Then we need some energy from fun again as we cousins seldom cam nowadays in 'prettier' state haha... (tombsweeping gathering is sure out!)

The last 2 dishes... good too! I rate it 8 out of 10. Even other 5 star hotels cant fare such taste in catering.

haha sitting with them really make my meal digest better and of cos i can eat more and laugh more.

Birthdays perk up KTV - 12 Apr 09

The birthdays!

Coincidently, we have fixed this long waited ktv sometimes ago without foreseeing there are birthday gal & boy around....Guess who are the babies in April.

Then we start wif a big gp pic....i think the unintended one looks more cheeful than the actual one.

The Happy birthday song started for Xen! its was much longer than expected haha luckily the fans are so supportive.

So Xen happily making wishes and blowing candles....... :)

Cake cutting......they are cutting the same same cake ahaha we are abit poor and not a cake fan so look hw well spent is the cake!

he has got extreme emotions n on such a day tat not his day....well tats the way drama siao should be.

At last everyone came....

Doggies' Paradise @ Sentosa - 10 Apr 09

Yummy? Self prepared food for a picnic with the gals & doggies!

I volunteer for sandwiches and sausages!! I almost started eating already.

Magix got panic when there were some eager friends around. haha

Look our Mr Ric is letting Argon mess with him. Argon really enjoys water and the beach!

So many doggies....Argon was so happy hippie.

I started messing with Magix again. She was such a good gal, doesnt need to be leashed when she was at the beach, basically following me around and not letting her eyes off me :)

The the feast started! So much food ya but we have many big eaters here :p

The more she resist the more we disturb her, Magix!

The resistance din get a good time on thiss day ahaha from refuse to eat to refuse to get up...


Gwee's dear precious granny doggie, Milky is here too... she is old but she has an appetite!

We did the best self take pics! So fun to do all these with the gals.....like school again feel.

Jus here dog watching by the sea, laughing while slowly chewing the food we made ourselves feels relaz & warm at heart (not cos of weather la :p ).

So long we havent get to do this. Our last dog walk was like in 2006!

Indeed such a morning outing really drain out energy but in a good way.

Almost forgotton what should be the best in life and the unstoppable footstep in fast pace to pursue every revised goal.....That is what i called best too. Juz a day and juz the way i like to laze at the beach.

Gals, lets not not wait for another 3 years to do this again :p
