THE COLD NIGHT HAHA cos that is when cold joke was born in 9 Sep 09....

Wow to comment more - 09 09 2009 is actually a popular day for wedding. We wanted to go to my new suggested place - Surburnia (** credit to Online Shop Freak Jan**)
.

But we din make it cos there was wedding event on the same day.

.

We were here then - HOSHIGAOKA @ Shaw Isetan

My order was the cold soba set. I can finished my food with no problem nowadays.

I am doomed with so much calories week to week.

sO WE are so stuck at Angel's share, Dempsey again after the calorie intake.

Goodness - they got even 2 weddings this night!! - but the deco is pretty cool look at it.... fancy getting married at a chill out place at night haha

The italian red wine this night i asked ourselves to rem - thus a pic. Not so cheap, it is like almost S$100.

It is nice, soothing - the sommelier is really good!

The usual stuff - the flash and "TIck Tak"

CJ's little dessert candle surprise came! - He was so happy ahhaa like the CJ in junior school :p

Ok we are not so cheapskate - the hat is not a pressie hahaa

After all he has been thru pretty alot during my darker period :)

The i spotted the bouquet with the lamp - LOVELY. It was there cos of the weddings...

And he is forever copying me lor.......aiyo

When he is trying to do the "proposal" thing after got inspired by the spot weddings and afraid to be left on the dusty shelf. haha

NO ONE give him a damn hahahaa

When proposal din take off well.....he try to divert my attention cos i am the cam woman as usual :p

Before i end the night, below are the editing i promise the gals since CJ was pretty fantasized by the sexy mola signboard there.....

The ladies asked me to stuck his head in the Mola since he was pretty much in love with the 2pit thing. ( of cos i din forget the ANGELS!!)

Relax Orchard day out - 5 Sep 09

After the knocked out late night from Zouk, woke up later and

getting ready for a relax day out.

As I could only woke at such time ahhaa its a late high tea at Chatterbox, Meritus Mandarin.

So happy Chatterbox moved up to 36 floor - a much better view!

Meritus Mandarin Hotel's new dress is alittle confused as their chk in level is on 4th floor nw.

But everything in it looks cool. They are having a more sleek oriental look dressed up.

Finally reached the 36fl level going via the observation lounge.

Frankly the variety is not much but there are several cold dishes that I like - juz like the cold smoked salmon....love the sauces with it. The statay tasted gd too.

I got the desserts cos they looked lovely but i only contributed a mouth to these ahah.

After the lunchie, made a turned to IONS. hahhaa

.

Tell you a secret! its my first visit lor ahhahaa! Ku ku hor.

Then caught this pretty good advertising idea from MINI, having models waving across the road here and there during green lights and flashng the boards towards the waiting cars ahaha.

I am impressed by this advertising idea of putting bath/toiletries related pdts to the little display window just right at entrance of the washrooms.

Ended a fruitful wkend with shoppings and great eating!..

Oh and pretty inspired and impressed by IONS!

I am glad they did the ION project - something i could be proud of being Singapore :p

J's doomed day at Zouk - 4 Sep 09

At Last Its his day....



Hahaa Its J's big day at last and best at Zouk. I will always remember 4 Sep 09 ahhaa

Below everything belongs to him.....He really dun fancy Martini - well cos of him i first tasted the martini at Zouk.

The usuals and rares crowded here once again....preying on him :p Even LX - the game frantic is here.

Well we were all so wide awake cos its J's official day to do all the work!

i really pity these birthday boys... So dun twist ppl's life too much during the nights cos you are accumulating for your retribution. One day you will bound to use that 1 nite to repay the 365 nites ahaha

So many zouk nights these days and well cos thanks to so much birthdays ahaha However we somehow let J still walked out straight after the night. i cant imagine that!!

Must be all his drilling days in Japan.

The birth of a dream, a bond, a stage - 15 Sep 09

Super busy I have became or rather we have become.

.

No matter how busy life sucks, its incredible to feel the real dream is finally born into reality. This day marks the ground breaking of the milestone we called ours.

.

Also a start of applying those feelings to be tested. But i am sure we can bring that whatever little sparkles here and there into shiny new ideas and levering the bond to next stage instead :)

.

Project S is finally kicking! I LOVE YOU GALS! CHEERS!

Hotel Nostalgia Dinner - 31 Aug 09

Pretty ah - so relaxing to sit by the road side at such atmosphere. Hotel Nostalgia, a boutique hotel is new kid on the block at Tiong Bahru area with 50 spaces with the balanced combination of comfy, warmth and sleek.
.
Really great they could turn such an old neighbour estate to such a sleek place like you walked into another space immediately.
.
Thanks to Hotel Nostalgia's offer for site visit - we were here on this day.



The alley that lead to the 1st level rooms and the lobby lift.... nice. I like how they separate they area cleverly.

.
The superior and deluxe rooms....smaller space by no lack of the feeling of at home.

We simply love their suite room with Chopard toiletries from Paris and its bigger room size with the spacious balcony! Oh yes they clevely named their rooms in Tiong Bahru area's street names too.

.

The balcony overseas great views of the old tiong bahru street as well as their sleek bar right on the ground level and side of their pool on the upper floor.

.

Then we were led by this dragon path to.....yes the Pool, our fave plc!

.

Oh their pool area has a very relaxing area reminded me of Cafe Del Mer in the city haha

Oh yes the hotel is fully equiped with wireless internet so the guests could be mobile and savvy anytime in the hotel premise.

.

Its dinner time ! & we were entertained with a series of magic tricks! hahaa See hw we enjoyed!

.

Oh yes the food were great. I had butter fish in light curry sauce - really very nice! The cream sauce with a tint of curry aroma - its magic on the butterfish. Foody had the steak of course. Oh yes its nice too! The scallop belongs to our hotel coordinator.

Dessert time! Their highly recommended special chocolate pudding is realli yum yum! The warm & soft chocolate cake with cold ice cream and tangy feel of stawberry wow...make your mouth feel so good.

I had a some mango cake of someting i really cant rem ahhaaa ....but it is more to soury note i guess not for those whose hair will stand from those soury stuff.

I am bound to get fat stuffing so much calories for the night omg--

Oh a nice pic at tiong bahru at background - somewhere so familar that you wun even think u will take a nice pic here but with this place it makes alot of diff.

We will be back to chill here! Go and try out too...
