The mid April work & play

Decided to blog several events all in one before I lose track again.

A Friday night.

Here an impromptu evening, a short one when I needed to grab some stuff at Vivo.

Cold joke & Ger were there so we had dinner on this rainy night and pop by to Keppel bay for some drinks, non alchohol ones hee.

.

They grabbed tix for Shutter Island which sadly i was unable to join as I have an early Scarletique shoot the next morning (Sat)
.

Oh I was actually pointing at Lufthansa haha. Keppel bay was having this boat event and Lufthansa was one of the sponser, Audi too!

Thats a reason actually why I am pointing to it ahhaa...thou it was cold joke's idea.

.

Grabbed these stuff from Vivo, sasa.

Duo eye lash glue and some fakies on promo, its gotta be useful and would last for sometimes :), promo at sasa for only S$16 or $18 for 10 pairs!

.

Also needed a new moisturier as mine is finishing.

They recommended Dr. Young from Korea for dry skin, its cream base, right for me.

I will review if its good :)

THE NEXT DAY

SCARLETIQUE'S PHOTO SHOOT DAY.

Testing lightings when magix came in to inspect.

And my dear mummy made me my power puff sandwiches!

I dun really like jam, peanut butter, kaya etc so yes ham or fillet is definately a thumb up for me.

Its nice ! Woooo heaven with kopi at a super early morning...

.

Oh scarletique will be also having some accessories in this coming launch..

Its really lovely that Me and foody wanted to keep most colours for ourselves ahhaa

After the shoot and cleaning for abt 1.5 hours, finally bathed and pop out for a destress session.

Came to a pub at Robertson quay / Quayside which i could not remember the name...

Nice right? and great location by the river.

.

Tonight the gal who hates beer decided to try one Italian beer :)

Actually it is nice :) a surprise fruity and not so bitter taste.

Oh ya this is my dinner actually at time like 9+pm...

Scarletique really got me hungry

After Ger came, we hopped to TCC together at Mohamed Sultan stretch.

Not my first time here but i seldom sit inside with those usual smoker friends.

.

But i love their indoor deco and attracted by the enchanting chandelier lights.

My order - Iced Kaffello Latte

I like this latte especially the coffee jelly got me hooked...ended up always here n always this.

I scooped out most of the whipped cream thou.

U can try it the next time...coffee was not too strong too.

Ger was telling me with some pics on her phone on the friend's capable hubby who cooked them all a 9 course meal ....OMG

and it was really presentable and mixed of several cuisine including italian, chinese, english etc!

Dessert as well.

He gotta kinda left out cos he cant cook half of that friend's hb ahhaa.

Then he realised pointless things like my bag so merge into the sofa that we were sitting.

These hanging chairs have been distracting my attention.

I have to be in it.

It so fun and comfortable...

I am so reluntant to get up.

I think the branch here feels better than the one at Dempsey.

This is somewhere near the Botanic Garden / NEA.

Actually i suggested her the green night as she was very much into green lately mainly cos it is suppose to her lucky colour.

Last year she had pinkie party ahaha.

So i guess if we all appear in green it would be pleasant to the eyes and lotsa lucks for her too!

Events thereafter were quite forgotton till I saw the pics ahha

Ok i was hungry after the early dinner with Dan at 6pm before hopping to Xen's party.

So I ringed Ger and cold joke to see if they are suppering ard...

And great timing, they were finishing the chill at east coast and heading town to find food like me ahhaa

.

So we came to the Keppel roti prata at its on 24 hours.

My stomach growls for maggi goreng.

Err the taste was very so so :(

I prefer the ones at Pasir Panjang.....very yummy!

.

I am like a fatso digging into my full plate of maggi goreng compared to my friends here with the friendly 1 piece prata each.

Slept well with the full stomach haa..

See why I get fatter and fatter as days passed?

People keep asking me if i put on weight ahha I said yes thanks to my great friends driving me ard and suppering with minimum output and maximum input ahhaa...

oooops

.

Oh ya very happy tonight cos Green is actually my lucky colour too.

And as a May gal, emerald is my birthstone so that also explains why green suppose to bring me luck.

Scarletique - 5th launch Preview (April 2010)

Scarletique is almost ready to launch the 5th collection at last

Well, here is the first preview i did and then i tot it looks complicated ahaha

Then i did another one featuring just 3.

More eye catching??

In fact, its quite many designs in this launch for me to pick on that i didnt know which to put in. haha.

.

Below are 2 pieces that i like....

Remember in previous post, I worn it out too the blue/green version.

Of cos Michelle totally look pretty here much more than me ahhaa..

She pulls off well in most colours and designs cos she is fair and slim :)

.

There are still more than the preview space could actually holds.

.

This time means more for us as we done every single thing ourselves head to toenail :p.

From setting up the 'studio' to taking photos and taking care of sequence/flow to photo edit & collages etc.

It was our first time handing every thing thus it took much longer time testing out the lighting etc and also we din realise we actually have more clothes this time from few instock days after the factory resting from cny.

.

Those long hours last weekend was dedicated mainly to the long tiring photoshoot.

And took me about 1-1.5 hours to clean up everything finally, an end i can call end.

No matter what get ready for one of SQ's massive launch next week :)

The April baby, Naruto at Beds - 2 April

Naruto is the first April baby in my list!

There we are her on 2nd April at Beds

Mainly a drinking night...

The chaps who so nice hold this party for him, or well wanna see yet another down and drunk?

I havent been able to be in same pic with my foody since so long...

Surprised at 'BS dictionery's existence too in the same party!

In fact shock to see her face in the dark...

I tot she was merely passing by & bumped into them ahahaha..

She havent been partying for awhile...mainly cos she is a good homely wife now hahaaa

or rather homely for her home internet browsing?

Its more fun to see more familar faces of cos faces that you like la....

Naruto made a very special wish that was made known to the audiences there ahaha...

well that was a pleasant surprise to me of cos....

but well only for us to know and for you to wonder :p
