Thai flavour (Nov 2010)

Finally I am working on some updates..

Haha still stuck in last year thou. Took my family for a short bkk trip last Nov.

The Changi Airport was a mess! From the front to the end of this terminal we took 15 min to squeeze thru! Tot i was in middle east airport.


Finally happily found our seats and seated.

Both the choices were all good while approaching bkk.

My parents were more excited than me as they havent come Thailand for ages..


It was a waiting game day...

Hotel check in also need to wait so long! Anyway it was my first time racking thru Baiyoke suite, just besides Baiyoke sky.

Because we are all able to squeeze into one big suite room!

Its not much of a price issue but my parents and I tot it wld be fun since my dad is worry about me n my cuz in a room ourselves.


Oh the room is huge! We are at the living hall.

The bedroom can put in total of 4 separate beds too.

The sofa can even house more ppl if they allow. Its fun when travel in a group.

Yes of cos every fun might bring along the inconvenience too if you are especially particular about sharing washroom and the waiting time :)

Me? I hack one. Just a decent place to slp, bath, feed me with foods...I am totally ok :)

My mind is too lazy for such things...

Oh ya we stayed on 22nd floor

The old old colourful building is Baiyoke Suite :)

But mind you the lobby at ground floor really sucks.

I almost regret immediate without checking in when i saw that. :p


One of my fave plc to get my loots - platinum mall, its endless when i go in.

Nothing much more to do since we arrived in afternoon. Night fall fast.

I am anxious to bring them up to Baiyoke sky oberservation deck for a round. My 1st time too :)

And there are many nonsense things to do up here...

Its fun and idiot hahaa

Somehow i felt like a little gal again ahhaa

My mum too touched? hahhaa ooops no she is just very camera shy :p

I LOVE THEM ALL!!!

I feel so unfaithful whenever I am here!

Hats are my new loots too which i got them at a disc as I told owner my baht nt left with much....Surprisingly he gave me a good disc! haha

Some said I look like my dad errr like size of the face ?

The kopi here realli made with efforts despite they are small in size.

I love the couches here are so pretty I told myself i have to be here to get when i have a new house :p


Dad was reluntant to leave too even for the heat.

Next we come to the Central area.

Sadly the Central mall and hotel is not fully ready yet with big portions been burnt down by the last massive demonstrations.

Somewhat it still emit some feel of saddness with its charcoal look leftover bits.


As planned, we went Chinatown, took a tutu with hope to squeeze thru the jam faster to get to our dinner venue.

From these pics that we took and the fun, we realised the tutu havent really moved much.


See by time we reached there, it is quite dark already.


This store seems good cos the Q is scary!

We settled on a stall randomly that need no queue :)

No risk no gain :p

Oh yes it was qte good fortunately... I really like the taste of this claypot vemicelli

Not full yet? Yupper how can we leave chinatown without having their sharks' fin an birds' nests right :p

Haha indeed we really eat & eat & eat... cos we had our dinner early and went foot massage.

After everything we were hungry again! but it was already 11pm and nt much choice left. Spotted this store which sells thai salad including noodles.

Tot better than eating cup noodles :)

Ok its not bad if you can tahan spicy and like soury stuff....& sourness is in my blood :p

Oh yes we specially went to book in advance for lunch buffet. Fortuately we are considered in house guests as we stayed in same gp of hotel.

And in house guest are entitled to paying half price :) YEAH!

78th floor lunch there we go....




Huge variety of foods including 'fresh' tempura etc...

Of cos eating with scenery make food better too

I can buy all kinda things including specs ahhaa


The last night dinner - my parents decide that we just settle on some street store food around our hotel area....

Surprisingly they were very nice! Juz the waiting time was very tiring as there were not much of seats around.

So the next day was the bye bye day.....happy days really zoom by.

Ok will try my best to take my family to another trip elsewhere soon :)

Although I cant perform in shopping, it was another type of happiness.

Revamped!

After blogging sometimes, i am too used to doing same things or too comfy in navigating when blog.

I been wanting to revamp the site alittle but it really takes time to play with all the settings and preferences as well as adjusting till i finally get what i want. Almost i guess.

Yes..! changing for better!
