Ya dreamy cos been really busy & sleepy, was expecting it but didn't think that it could be thissss bz.

I love blogging cos I take it as printing memory for myself and info sharing with friends or peeps.

But time is getting lesser, so much I wanted to share but more work is creeping into my space.

Finally got a chance to eat my favorite Vietnamese food :)

Anywhere is fine with me, we got settled at ORANGE LANTERN HARHOURFRONT this day.

I duno y but i love Viet! I think I can adapt life there if I need to travel.

U see...already not so young or pretty but I am looking damn tired and worse nowadays :(

I like the Obi belt that come with the dress, very useful.

This is one of those I specially got one for myself.

Calcium caution

Are calcium supplements harming your heart more than they are benefiting your bones? Recent studies have thrown up some disturbing findings.

WHEN we watch TV, listen to the radio, or visit supermarkets and pharmacies, we are almost certainly assailed by advertisements advising us to take calcium supplements or milk with high calcium to strengthen our bones. The common belief is that taking calcium is good for us, but recent studies suggest that we need to re-examine this issue more carefully as evidence is emerging that calcium intake may increase the risk of heart attacks in older women.


HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?

There is still disagreement over the optimal amount of calcium intake

In my years of seeing thousands of patients who had their heart arteries assessed, what was obvious was that almost all those with significant blockage of their heart arteries had calcium deposits (plaques) in the narrowed segments. One particular incident stuck in my mind. Two sisters who did not differ much in age and risk factors for heart disease had very different heart arteries when they saw me. The sister who had been taking calcium tablets for several years had extensive calcification of her heart arteries while her sister who had not taken any calcium tablets did not have any calcification in her heart arteries.

Level 33 - be engrossed by the view

To be easier, we got a set each of above haha..

right after dinner....

Reached about 10+pm...

The experience at penthouse dining at the world's highest Urban Craft-Brewery!

Their lift is real exclusively too serving just only to go to Level 33.

Kinda expected no seat at all outdoor :(, so we left with no choice but to take the indoor restaurant seat first.

Only About 40mins later.

THE FULL VIEW...

By 12 midnight, we were 'chased' out of the place ahhaa cos its weekday night.
Actually they had been really polite but we were too engrossed in the night scenery as our time spent outside was short :( .

Next time must place a booking for the outdoor table before we go!
