Its Mummy's birthday again!
Last year we celebrated as dinner at Ah Yat Seafood @ Shaw.
This Year! - well its more or less the same place hahaa
But i planned to do someting diff! Yes I was very inspired by the cake at Prego Deli.
So I woke up earlier b4 the birthday lunch to bake a cake! My aim is to be as near as the cake above hahahaaaa... (ok i cant stop laughing too)

At first i can decide btw banana or choco cake...then i tot of combine both. But for my sake of my family's life in my hand. I decided to go simple - chocolate cake with frosting.
HERE I GO....

After whisking it to my perfection i put it in my greased baking tin to bake. The hiccup was baking temp was not high enaf for this deep tin ahaha so i waited like half hour it still not baked at all! I later adjusted and finally its baked after like full hour! hahaa
Cooling and frosting specially offered by cousin san - at last she helped :p

Back home for the simple cake cutting......we even bot the singing candle! so cute.

hahaa nice? We think its too plain and i was not in time to make the whip cream for deco so i duno who started taking out the mentos sweets and gummy for a simple and damn lame deco ahaha.

But mummy was really happy with the effort (i think so la) oh most importantly, its edible! and its not bad la. Dun give me that suspicious look ok...some support pls :p
