Went on with some "window"shop on a pre-launch at the east over one weekend.
Like it that the pantry/kitchen is an individual section.
The view was ok. Big windows and bigger wardrobe are love :) Cleverly stretch of wardrobe was laid along the corridor of bedroom.
Not 100% done up.
Was more curious of the penthouse upstairs too.
The stairway in the penthse is first to welcome the entrance.
Layout is similar on 1st floor on this penthouse
Ok more excited to find out about upstairs
Staircase doesnt exactly give me that sense of safety.
Here is the master bedroom which can link direct to outdoor of the top floor.
Alittle wasted the piece of big area just empty and no design.....
View was ok too, no blockage due to highway just across :(
Interesting part is that the washroom is both accessible from bedroom and outside. Its good when you make an outdoor jucuzzi outside hahaa.
And the walk in wardrobe in room also link to the wash room, which is qte clever in neaty creating sections and usage of odd space.
The 1st level was considered huge.

Anyway property prices in Singapore are all sliding upwards fast.... every inch is alot of money :p

OK main root cause - shortie has higher tendency to steer towards preggy image for certain range of clothes..

So I will try to tame it with a belt during my less fatty feeling days.
