Their lift is real exclusively too serving just only to go to Level 33.
Kinda expected no seat at all outdoor :(, so we left with no choice but to take the indoor restaurant seat first.
Only About 40mins later.

By 12 midnight, we were 'chased' out of the place ahhaa cos its weekday night.
Actually they had been really polite but we were too engrossed in the night scenery as our time spent outside was short :( .
Next time must place a booking for the outdoor table before we go!
