H&M..ssss (3 Sept - the Opening day)

DID YOU GO TO H&M OPENING last Sat, 3rd Sep?

I did!

But I didnt expect the manic crowd like this?????

I can't even get near it at 4+pm.

In case you think above pic is an unfair judement with people crossing the road like Japan's Shibuya Junction..:p

Below is another angle and zoom in pic to get you closer to the crazy Queue! I saw 2 queues : one is what you see below and another is Queuing from almost Orchard 313................... (faint)

SO I was so near yet so far with Singapore's H&M, I tot I could made history to the first opening with my footprints in there :p Toooooo bad I didnt got in till now :(

I din expect H&M would be this crowded when you don't find many people shopping in their overseas branches.

 

I even have the whole of the fitting rooms to myself..... :p
I came out to ask for feedback cos no one was there...

Just roam around and bump into something interesting

HERMES EXHIBITION with Hermes Craftman...

1st tot was their leather products, so seemed interesting.

Love the design ....see through yet unique

Saddles making...

Cos I cant ride...a horse so I can only imagine the rich riches who own horses could purchase Hermes saddles.

But I tot it looked really quality workmanship.

Hermes watches anyone?

As Hermes didnt made such a big name on their time collection comparing to their bags :p I almost tot the watches were made by a 3rd party...Ok now i know they have own craftman for watches too.

But definately Hermes has made a name for their silk scarfs.

The designs are hand drawn by the brillant artists.

And everyone would agree on reputation of their ties too.

Finally I spotted the craft that I have been thinking of :) Leather goods!

I wanna know why does a birkin bag needs advance order and waiting time for 3 years ....ok at least the VIP customers do not need the wait of 3 years.

And I realised the most crowded booth is the huge silk printing device here...that they seemed to be really proud of as explained by one of the european management.

It is really an eye opener indeed! I guess its more worthy than going to H&M for sure :p.

How can I not do my fave hobby since the pig trotter leg is more or less recovered..

But I still cannot wear heels yet as seen :(

Oh yes wearing my newly IN stock FOREVER NEW top :) I love crochet and Forever New stuff are really of quite good quality.

I am getting hooked on Forever New :) - FYI : no forever new shops in this blog :p

But this day I have a more important agenda in this closed door :p

Went through one round of Tanjong Pagar's bridal studios but i didnt spot something must get.....maybe cos i am short, most of the short dresses available still seem long for me making me look like WINTER MELON :P

Finding alternatives in few shops out there after the failure invade H and M.

Here a beep into few cute or errr funny dresses... haha

Well something you wun usually see me blog ya? So treat it as entertainment okie...

I kinda like this below - it looks lovely in real with the Tulle skirting and can-can sewn in, lovely light and printed material.

But it does look like some dresses I will go shopping in on photo ya?
