New reason to work! Microsoft tablet....

Saw the launch today on business times on
Microsoft takes on iPad in Corporate batterfield.

I become soft and tempted cos I see a new reason to work harder even if work need to be done outside. :)

I didn't get an ipad earlier not cos I been waiting as a present :p
But I didn't find a reason to buy since I can't do serious work with it except checking email or probably researches on web is fast. I was waiting for a a tablet that could allow both work n play on serious note since it run on microsoft windows operating system & allow photoshop + MS programs .... hee

But well I still have to credit ipad for immersing into my life now taking those hours off for entertaining Korean damas & efficient web browsing...
Still Good may not be enough..

Now there is new serious Love when it is also a beauty...
......

Microsoft is targeting those who have had problems finding a "work" use for their iPads. It is offering a tablet which can run standard applications such as its own Office programs and Photoshop.

Microsoft's device, unveiled on Monday, is called the Surface. It will run Microsoft's Windows operating system and appears to be aimed squarely at corporate users.

Apart from taking on Apple, Microsoft could also find itself in competition with "partner" manufacturers who were planning to release tablets designed for Windows 8. But it could have a pricing edge as it doesn't have to pay itself a licence fee.
Surface will come in two broad flavours: one is a lower-powered, lighter 9.3mm-thick device that runs Windows RT. The other, souped-up version will run Windows 8 Pro, with a larger capacity drive of up to 128Gb storage and is about 13.5mm thick.
