The Lovely wedding of a Japanese friend and his hongkonger wife. They tied the knot at Raffles Hotel, the heritage hotel.
It makes an interesting combination of speech and emcee conversation / stage performance in both Japanese, cantonese and English! They were really busy talking.
Firstly that went the soleminization in the function room before we went to the ballroom next door for the dinner.
Some of the wedding shoots taken in Kansai, Japan. His wife looks very Japanese and did I mention she speaks excellent Japanese too.
Then the dinner starts here.....so romantic when the couples slowly walked in.
Wedding couples sitting on the mini stage in front of the guests is a Japanese cultural thing. I guess also convenient to take photo and can be seen by the guests at all time.
I found a Samurai like Photographer. He is realli cool!!
Another thing about their preparation, tot and effort that i wow at was the paper they did to distribute to all guests.

Lastly a personalised thank you little card for everyone! & also 'omiyage' a little Japanese localised gift.
I enjoyed it although it somehow ended alittle later than the usual chinese wedding. I guess due to different languages translations.

But i doubt any Singaporean would do this or even think out of the box to give little surprises or fun to guests in a different way.
