KOBE + Kobe Factory Outlet

Here i miss Kobe! Everything still looks so familar after so many years.

Kobe is just next to Osaka thus in no time we reached and head for the Chinatown for makan.

Spotted this long Q although all stores are having quite abit of Q.

.

But we spotted the Kobe beef served here and wasnt that expensive ahaha and best, there were many reports of been interviewed by several news stations, newspapers and magazines.

I ordered the crouqette beef and beef noodles ramen too....

Mmmm nice! I am not a beef person as said but really hao chi!

.

Btw in chinatown, except restaurants, usually we will buy and stand or sit around the street to appreciate the food but its fun in such a cooool weather.

While making our way to the Kobe Factory outlet along this old shopping street, saw this very antique shop selling biscuits juz like those of ours from olden days.

.

Also came across this photograhy shop specialised in taking glamour shots of pets! hahaa so cute.

AT LAST REACHED THE KOBE FACTORY OUTLET AGAIN!! Miss here too.

Too bad did not get a chance to go to the new wing :( Brands like Beam and Coach will be moving to the new wing said to be opened in April :(

Trying to catch the sun set right after the damn early dinner.

Spotted this Omu rice shop....left me hungry and saliving....


Thus i cant take it and bought some snacks for supper!

YAWN ....KOON

The next day 22 Feb 2009

(Mitsui Factory outlet in Osaka)

So excited, get to kick start a real shoppping here in the outlet with many brands which are nt common in other outlets like Muji, taylor made etc and some other local brands too.

.

It is not difficult to land overselves in at the right station but definately the outlet is not that easy to locate or realise without asking the locals there.

.

Of cos asking them is a challenge too, once they knew you are foreigner, they could be damn rude and walk away majiam we are hallow but anyway lucky saying some of their language really do the trick and actually Japanese could be very courteous if they could speak alittle of your language

Still look so sleepy haha......But i was very happy to see this Japanese curry bun there. The feel of eating hot curry again in winter feel so shiok.

Well it is in a set with fries, ideal for snacking around.

Saw this really cute doggie raincoat at Mont-Bell....haha Magix might need that!

Well not much pics took in btw as we were snacking again in a cafe that surprisingly served very not up to standard foods! It was very rainy the whole day thus my hand was not brave enough to dig my cam out.

Then we found the highly recommended ramen back at the Shinsaibashi area!

.

We walked ard and saw many branches of this ramen available but i specially like this branch with the outside environment and seeing the rain kinda make the already good ramen taste even better. Another good thing is the water and the kimchi and "Jiu Chai" are free serving and taste reallly good! OMG i miss miss again :(

Still rainy :(

Cold but still feel like trying the crepe for dessert!! Not bad!

Then back in hotel.....

OK time to do my laundry since i sometimes will wear like 2 pairs of socks out :p
